A very successful 3rd grade bike rodeo. Special thank you goes out to Officer Dierks, Tipton PD, and the rest of the volunteers who helped teach the importance of bike safety and also have fun!
Lately, 5th grade students have been learning about Nonfiction Text Structure. They collaborated with their peers to apply their knowledge using an Escape Room. Although it was very rigorous, they persevered and did very well. They were so engaged that they didn't want class to end when they hadn't yet escaped!
We will be down at the track for RVC girls and boys track championships. Best of luck to all our Tigers, let's come support their last meet in Tipton!

The afternoon of May 5th featured two great soccer games, beautiful weather and lots of community support. And pink, lots of pink! Tipton Soccer hosted West Liberty on the field as well as hosting our youth teams and Kick Out Cancer Night. Tipton High School Nurse and Assistant Soccer Coach Stephanie Webb was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year and the soccer team and community showed up to support her cause.
Other events of the night included a silent auction, Tipton staff working in the concessions stand and PK kicks at halftime. On the field the outcome was not in Tipton’s favor, but both games were a hard fought battle against very talented West Liberty teams.
Thank you to anyone who came to the event and anyone who supported in any way.
