
Tipton Schools are delayed 2 hours and will run on hard surfaces only due to glazed ice.

The Tipton wrestlers traveled to Columbus Junction today for the Columbus Duals. The Tigers defeated Southeast Polk JV 46-33 before falling to West Liberty 21-45, Columbus Community 30-43, and North Scott 34-42.
Aiden Graves and Jayson Johnson went 4-0 individually on the day.

The Tigers crowned two individual champions in Addie Nerem and Becca Hinderaker. Other place winner were Saidee Hamilton-2nd, Koda Fogg-4th, Anna Thomas-5th, and Meredith Coppess-7th.





Congratulations to the Tipton Girls Wrestling team on placing 6th at the inaugural River Valley Conference meet tonight in Anamosa.


The Tipton Tigers boys wrestling team capped off the conference dual meet season with three dual meet victories at Regina tonight. The Tiger defeated Regina 41-33, Camanche 51-9, and Maquoketa 58-18..

TCSD will have a two hour late start on 1/19/24 due to a wind chill advisory being in effect through 9 AM.

TCSD Buses will be running Hard Surfaced Routes Only the Remainder of the Week.

Due to a Wind Chill Advisory being in effect until 9:00 tomorrow morning school will be delayed 2 hours. Buses will be on hard surfaced routes only.

With a wind chill warning in effect through noon today, Tipton Schools will be closed due to extreme cold.

Tipton Schools will have a two-hour delay for Tuesday, January 16th. Buses will run on hard surfaced routes only.
Currently, we are under a wind chill warning until noon. Assuming the warning remains in effect until at least 10:30, we will not have school tomorrow.
In the event that the wind chill warning is lifted prior to 10:30, we will have school after the two-hour delay.
Either way, you will know our final decision no later than 6:30 AM tomorrow morning.
