Congratulations to Jayson Johnson for winning the 126# weight class at the River Valley Club Conference Tournament on Saturday. Caden Schultz was the runner-up at 120#.

East Central Iowa Choral Director's Association 5th-6th honor choir was held today at Coe College. Students were nominated for being good singers and students of high character. They came together with kids from other schools, worked with a guest conductor, and ended the evening with a concert. A great day of music making! 🎶

Our special olympics athletes competed hard at Prairie High School last week. While none of our students advanced to State, they still had fun and enjoyed some success.
Tipton’s upcoming Fine Arts performance, Tipton Parade of Bands, is set to include a special guest artist, the band Scrap Metal. Scrap Metal is part of the 34th Army Band based in Fairfield, Iowa. The 34th Army Band is the music unit of the Iowa National Guard and tours schools and community events as part of the Army’s outreach for recruitment and patriotism. Scrap Metal will play before the concert as well as between bands. The concert is March 4th at 7:00PM in the Middle School Gym.
