It’s Championship Season! The Tiger XC middle school and high school teams will be in action at the River Valley Conference Championships tonight! The meet begins at 4:30 with the Middle School race followed by 2 high school races. Come check us out in Iowa City!

tonight at Williamsburg. First place finishers tonight are Meghan VanderGaast in the 500 free and Avary Calonder in the 200 free and 100 backstroke. Way to go tigers!

MS XC was also in action this morning. The girls placed first in a very competitive field! Boys were third only being beat by larger classed schools. With some great performances, the future looks bright for the XC Program!
JV and Varsity Boys had some outstanding performances in the chilly weather at N Linn! 7 Personal Records were reset! Varsity was the Top 2a team with a 3rd place finish. JV also placed 3rd and was the highest 2a team.
JV And Varsity Girls XC ran so well this morning in the cold at N Linn. After tons of Personal Bests at W Delaware, they got 9 more Season Bests/personal bests today! Varsity finished 4th and JV 2nd.

Cross Country JV Girls and Boys finished 1st and 3rd. The girls team has won 4 meets this year. Tonight they had a low score of 16 (one point from a perfect score)! The boys were the top 2a school.
