Friday night at the Homecoming football game we were lucky enough to have 25 past Tigers come join our Marching band for Tipton Alumni Band night! It is so awesome to see past and present Tipton students working together, thank you all for coming!

Last week was jam packed with Homecoming activities, each one took lots of planning, coordination and effort from students and staff. We want to thank ALL of our staff who helped the week go smoothly, and some special shout outs to people who went the extra mile. Thank you!

Congratulations to the third grade for winning the popsicle prize for most participation during Homecoming week. They had 96% participation! Way to go third graders!

We will hold a Veterans Day Program at Tipton Middle School Gym on Monday, November 11th at 9:30am. This is open to the public and we welcome all community members to join us.

You can find Mayor Tammi Goerdt in the concessions stand at the football game tonight. The City of Tipton also gifted free popcorn for fans! Come out and support!

The Traveling Career Tiger learned about being a Buyer at John Deere this week and saw a lot of cool equipment that is built at John Deere!
There's still time to sign up if you would like to teach the students at TES about your career! https://forms.gle/HKGW1SUu3uaFN6Z49

Tipton Tigers had a great swim meet at Vinton-Shellsburg! Coach Johnston and Coach DeMeulenaere even got in the pool for a coaches' relay against the swimmers at the end of the meet!! 🏊♀️🐅 Go Tigers!

In the spirit of Homecoming Tipton Football players took a trip to Bennett to spend the morning with their students. They played games, worked in the classroom together, went to recess and had lunch. Thank you so much Bennett students and staff for welcoming us into your school!

Students Dress Like A Teacher + Teachers Dress Like A Student

Some of the last activities for the week. High school students played dodgeball during activities hour and the sophomores were the winners. Tomorrow is spirit day so bring all your Tiger gear!

Elementary spirit day today was students dress like a teacher and teachers dress like a student day. This was a hit! We had students dress like lots of adults in the building, teachers, principals and more! Look how great everyone looks, almost like twins!

Here's today's MS winners. Such a tough decision with so many students getting in the spirit.

Lots of Pink roaming the halls of the middle school today. Tomorrow is Beach Day.

Congratulations to the 2024 Homecoming King Jayson Johnson and Homecoming Queen Laura Owen.
