Step 1: Create PowerSchool Account
Parents / Guardians must first create a PowerSchool account that is linked to their child / children. Go here to login.
To create an account you will need the following information:
1. Your child's name
2. Access ID (provided by the District)
3. Access Password (provided by the District)
4 Your relationship to the child
Access Codes will be mailed to each household the first week in August.
Enter your name and valid email address. Then create a Username and Password for your account. The password must be at least 8 characters, contain one upper and lower case letter, as well as at least one number and one special character.
You will then link your account to each of your students. Each student has a unique Access ID and Access Password which you will need to enter. These access codes will be mailed to each household the first week in August. Use the drop-down menu to indicate your relationship to the student.
Step 2: Complete E-Registration
Once you've created your account, you may login to complete school registration.
Along the left side of the screen, you will see a number of icons. Scroll down to the
E-Registration icon and select it.
You are now in the E-Registration portal. You will see 8 tabs: Demographics, Guardians etc. Please review the information in each section and make changes/corrections as needed. Once you complete a section, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next tab. Continue until you reach the Finish tab.
Student's Name and (Number) will be listed here ------------------------------v
(number needed for setting up PayForIt account)
There are two options for payment: Pay online using PayForIt.net or pay in person in the school office via check. If paying in person note that lunch balances are paid separately from other school fees so two checks will be required. For those new to PayForIt see below for information on how to create an account.
Step 3: Payment
Those paying in the office must have two (2) checks.
One for lunch and one for fees.
ONLY cash or checks accepted in the office.
Secretaries do NOT keep cash on-hand.
If you believe your child is eligible for free or reduced meals, information on applying for a fee waiver can be found HERE
If you have received a letter from the school stating that you are already approved for a Free or Reduced Meal benefit, please complete the BOOK FEE WAIVER and the WAIVER STATEMENT to be eligible to have your book fees waived or reduced. This will not waive any Band, Choir, or Art fees.
LUNCH ACCOUNT BALANCES ARE NOT ACCURATE IN PAY FOR IT. The lunch amount shown in Pay For It is the total amount of money deposited on Pay For It through out all years. It does not reflect lunches purchased and money removed from the account.
Correct lunch balances can be found currently at SchoolCafe.com.
Click on the PayForIt.net logo to the left. This will take you to the secure PayForIt online payment system where all K-12 school registration fees can be paid online. You may use a credit card, debit card or e-check to pay registration costs. There is a service fee charged for payment of lunch fees and some activity items. To view optional fees such as athletic passes parents need to go to the "Fee" tab and then "Payment Fee" tab.
