2021 TIPTON COMMUNITY SCHOOLS REGISTRATION

Families new to the Tipton District or who did not attend the spring 2021 pre-school or kindergarten round up should contact a school office after August 8, 2021 to register in person.

Office hours beginning August 9 (Monday through Friday) with contact numbers are:

High School (Grades 9-12)                   886-6027         8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Middle School (Grades 5-8)                 886-6025        8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Elementary (Pre-School – Grade 4)    886-6131           8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

e-Registration is a 3-step process:

               1. Login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal

              2. Complete the 8 e-Registration tabs

              3. Pay Fees

Step 1: Log Into PowerSchool Parent Portal at tipton.powerschool.com/public

Step 2: Complete E-Registration

Once you've logged in, you will see a number of icons along the left margin.  Scroll down to the

E-Registration icon and select it.

You are now in the E-Registration portal.  You will see 8 tabs: Demographics, Guardians etc.  Please review the information in each section and make changes/corrections as needed.  Once you complete a section, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next tab. Continue until you reach the Finish tab.

There are two options for payment: 

1. Pay online using PayForIt.net or  

2. Pay in person in the school office via checks.  If paying in person note that lunch balances are paid separately from other school fees so two checks will be required.

(Cash is also acceptable but secretaries cannot make change)

Athletic passes grant admission to all home middle school and high school athletic events excluding State events. Athletic passes must be presented to the ticket taker at each event or the person will be charged admission -- High School Events $5; Middle School Events $3 Adult and $1 Students.  Athletic passes are optional.

FEE WAIVERS

 

If you have received a letter from the school stating that you are already approved for a Free or Reduced Meal benefit, please complete the BOOK FEE WAIVER and  the WAIVER STATEMENT  to be eligible to have your book fees waived or reduced.  This will not waive any Band, Choir, or Art fees.
