The Tipton high school pep band is comprised of all of the instrumental music students that are not involved in varsity basketball.  The band usually plays between 12 and 14 games a year and plays a wide variety of music from fifty’s rock and roll to hits from today. The students are also given an opportunity to arrange songs for the pep band in Music Theory I, and Music Theory II.   This band activity is usually a favorite of the students because they get to go a little crazy and show support for the teams.
